• Description:
• 7.1 The subject of VZ performance is the provision of repairs and maintenance of common electrical appliances, incl. supply of spare parts, used at workplaces and in the facilities of employees in the premises of the FN Ostrava. The performance of this public contract does not include the implementation of audits activities and preparation of audit reports. This is not about repairs within the warranty period of electrical appliances, when these are subject to the possibility of applying for repairs as part of the complaint procedure. The contracting authority will conclude a contract with the selected supplier for a period of 4 years. Listed by the client the estimated volume per year is only indicative and may not correspond to the actual needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority shall enter into an Agreement with the selected supplier for a fixed period of 4 years from the date of conclusion, or until the financial limit of the requested performance is exhausted based on this Contracts of CZK 4,000,000.00 excluding VAT, depending on which of these moments occurs first. The draft contract is Annex No. 2 of this ZD.
