• Description:
• 7.1 The subject of VZ performance is the provision of repairs and maintenance of common electrical appliances, incl. supply of spare parts, used at workplaces and in the facilities of employees in the premises of the FN Ostrava. The performance of this public contract does not include the implementation of audits activities and preparation of audit reports. This is not about repairs within the warranty period of electrical appliances, when these are subject to the possibility of applying for repairs as part of the complaint procedure. The contracting authority will conclude a contract with the selected supplier for a period of 4 years. 7.3 The contracting authority concludes s by the selected supplier of the Contract, for a fixed period of 4 years from the date of conclusion, or until the financial limit of the requested performance based on this Contract of CZK 4,000,000.00 excluding VAT is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The draft contract is Annex No. 2 of this ZD.
