- The subject of the contract is the performance of continuous repairs of windows and doors in the objects with which the contracting authority has jurisdiction, i.e. in the objects of Prague Castle and Lany Castle for a period of 4 years according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
A more detailed specification of the work is given in the itemized contractual price list (appendix no. 1), whose pit also includes a sample budget for the annual implementation of the subject of this contract, compiled for evaluation purposes only. This model budget does not establish the scope or frequency of individual works that will be commissioned in the future on the basis of the concluded framework contract.
In the event that repairs are needed, that also requiresrestoration treatment, the supplier must have at his disposal restorers licensed by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic in accordance with ยง14 of Act No. 20/1987
Coll., on State Monument Care, for restoration corresponding to the specifications listed below, or persons with another similar certificate, who will be responsible for:
a) restaura carpentry work - license for the field of restoration of carpentry work or a similar license b) restoration of stained glass - license for the field of restoration of stained glass or similar license c) restoration of locksmith or blacksmith work - license for the field of restoration of locksmith or blacksmith workor a similar license
d) restoration of gilded elements on wood and metal - license for the field
restoration of painting works of art on canvas, wood and metal
plates or a similar license
The supplier will be obliged to carry out the work in accordance with the instructions and binding monument opinions or monument guidelinesme OPP CPR.
Due to the nature of the objects on which the subject of the work is to be performed and their importance, the client assumes the supplier's readiness to immediately remove accidents and damage to windows in order to effectively prevent damage to health and property. - Documents :
