Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a Contract for Work between the Contracting Authority and one selected supplier for a definite period or until the delivery of the total performance under the Contract for Work. On the basis of the Contract for Work due to the tender procedure, the repair of the severely damaged above-mentioned motor unit after an extraordinary event will be ensured. On November 6, 2020, an extraordinary event occurred in Poricany from the 1st station track to 0 tracks - the collision of the electric unit 471.052 (consisting of the motor car 471.052-1, inserted car 471.052-5) with a truck returning from the area excluded track to the track gauge 0 of the track, which resulted in damage to the above motor unit. With regard to the extent of the damage, the amount of vehicle repair costs was preliminarily estimated at CZK 18,000,000. The maximum amount of the contract, including the option, is CZK 21,000,000. The maximum length of the repair period is 6 months
