- Repair, verification and calibration of the specified meter - Alkotest Dräger - 2 pcs to ensure breathing tests to determine alcohol at the VÚ 5153 Přáslavice. After performing the acts, the Provider will be handed over by the Services Process on Calibration and Verification. Calibration and verification certificate ”will contain in particular the following information: used standard, date of execution, place, measurement conditions, measurement method, outcome statement, measurement results, measurement uncertainty. The Provider is obliged to stick the self -adhesive label with the following data to the client after the work before handing it over to the client: the validity of the calibration to: xx.xx.xxx (identification of the calibration entity and worker). The label will be glued visibly so as not to interfere or limit the functionality of the meter or set.
