Description:
It is a joint commissioning of Czech Railways, a.s. and DPOV, a.s.
The subject of this contract is the obligation of the Contractor that, on the basis of partial contracts for its costs and its risk, it will carry out properly and timely to repair the traction engines TE005 and TE015 owned by the Client. The Client assumes repairs to 125 subjects Repairs (110 TE005/TE015 and 15 rotor engines), with this amount not guaranteed to the contractor. The contracting authority intends to conclude two framework agreements, according to Annexes No. 1a and 1b of this ZD with one supplier, whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous when evaluating the tenders.
