Description:
The subject of the public contract for services is to conclude a "framework contract on the implementation of motor vehicles by Mercedes-Benz" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") for 3 years for service and intervention vehicles (also "MB vehicles") m. Prague (hereinafter also "ZZS HMP"). It is the performance of comprehensive and post -warranty service, maintenance, repairs (even after traffic accidents) of the MB of the MB, including the supply of spare parts, components and original accessories for vehicles. The subject of the contract is also complete regular post -warranty service MB vehicles with regard to the requirements of applicable legislation and according to regulations and recommendations of manufacturers of chassis and basic vehicles (Mercedes-Benz).
More detailed conditions of performance are defined in more detail below, then in the binding version of the contract (Annex 3 ZD) and in the "specification and current fleet overview (Annex 4 ZD).
The contracting authority currently has ambulance and intervention vehicles whose up -to -date overview is in Annex 4 ZD.

If the selected supplier delivers Spare parts that are made by independent manufacturers and are min. Equal with original parts (parts approved for primary production), the contracting authority will be notified of this fact and may refuse this spare part.
