- Description of the subject VZ: The aim of the project is to take measures to remedy the unsatisfactory condition and insufficient capacity of the Skopec ponds in Zelendárky ponds and at the same time to ensure and improve the condition of water ecosystems and biodiversity of the location by mudding the pond. The implementation of the contract will take place in the scope of project documentation for the construction of the construction and for the selection of the contractor. The event is divided into two buildings: SO 01.1 dam and SO 01.2 The drain part of the price of the work are all work (including, for example, geodetic works, fees, etc.) determined by the project documentation in compliance with all conditions of decisions, consent and statement of the concerned authorities and organizations. The contracting authority explicitly points out that part of the work also includes a transport engineering measure, incl. Its discussion and approval, the production of the emergency and flood plan, the processing of the handling rules incl. its approval, and the production of the geometric plan of the dam and technical buildings by the construction of the waterworks concerned - for the establishment of easements and the insertion of the waterworks in the land register according to the applicable legislation or for the purpose of concluding contracts on the establishment of an easement with the owners of the land concerned; ...
