- The subject of the Public Contract is: - development of project documentation for planning permission aimed at the issuance of a valid planning permission and all related permits, decisions, consents and opinions necessary for the repair of the approach via the front bridge incl. repairs pillars, delivery and installation of a new automatic gate, and also for the repair of the access via the rear bridge incl. repair of pillars (hereinafter referred to as "Construction") in accordance with the conditions and requirements established by Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, as amended, and its implementing regulations (all hereinafter referred to as “Building Regulations”); - the performance of engineering activities consisting in ensuring the issuance of a final decision on the authorization of the Construction plan and all related permits, decisions, consents and opinions necessary for the implementation of the Construction according to of the terms of the Building Regulations; - processing of project documentation for the implementation of the Construction, including a detailed list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions and its valuation (control budget), and for the issuance of all possible other decisions, permissions, consents and opinions, related in content to the subject of performance; - cooperation in the preparation and implementation of the selection or procurement procedure for the implementation of the Construction; - performance of designer supervision activities in accordance with the provisions of § 161 paragraph 2 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, or over the compliance of the implemented construction works with the project documentation during the implementation of the construction works; - provision of an exclusive license to use the results of the supplier's activities, including their material capture.
