Description: The aim of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement under Section 131 et seq. Act with four suppliers in order to implement construction work and service provision that consist of repairs and maintenance of the Pilsen historical underground. Depending on the current need of the contracting authority, individual public contracts will be implemented as partial performance whose implementation is carried out separately.
Individual procurement will be entered in a procedure with renewing the competition among the Framework Agreement participants according to Section 135 of the Act.
