CONTRACT TYPE: Services
Description: The subject of the public contract is the location and operation of vending machines for drinks and food ("vending machines") in quality, to the extent and under the conditions set out in the tender dossier and annexes. The selected supplier is entitled to operate the vending machines and benefit from them. The Contracting Authority is obliged to rent vending machines to the participant, which will be selected in the procurement procedure, places that are specified in Annex no. This participant is obliged to pay rent for the rental of these places. Vending machines can only be operated in filling points.
The obligations associated with selling automata is also obliged to complement and repair vending machines regularly and clean the surroundings of placed vending machines on a regular and incident basis to the extent necessary.
