• Description:
• This is a public contract for supplies. The subject of the Public Contract is the rental of a) 9 printers marked T1; b) 8 pcs of printers marked T2 and c) 14 pcs of printers marked T3 according to the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 of the Call, hereinafter referred to as "Technical specification") and further the obligation of the selected supplier to supply for rent up to i. another 4 pcs of printers marked T2 and ii. another 4 pcs of printers marked T3 according to the Technical Specifications (items defined in letters a) to c) and points i. and ii. are further collectively referred to only as "device"). The subject of the Public Contract is also the complete provision of equipment operation incl. ensuring the operation of the related software for the entire period of validity of the contract for the Public Order, including the supply of consumables (with the exception paper), toners, provision of service support, operator training, delivery, installation, configuration and licensing of devices to the management system. The client requests the rental of new, original equipment intended directly for the client. On all devices a 48-month warranty will be provided. Detailed technical parameters of the Public procurement subject are listed in the Technical Specification. The performance offered by the participant must comply with the technical parameters of the Public Contract set out in the Terms and Conditions, or The technical specification and the requirements listed in the Terms of Reference and Annex No. 2 of the Call for Proposals - Draft Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). In the Technical Specification, the contracting authority sets the minimum requirements and parameters for the subject of the Public Contract required.
