- The subject of the performance of the public order is the temporary use (rental) of multifunction printers by the contracting authority (namely 110 pieces of color multifunction printers A3 and 125 pieces of color multifunction printers A4), accessories for MFC (finisher and table) based on the orders of the Contracting Authority, further ensureprovision of services for printing, copying and scanning at the contracting authority at its branches within the Czech Republic specified in this procurement documentation. The subject of the performance of the public contract is also the provision of reports (statistics) on these activities and the supplier's regular monthly reporting to the authorized representative fromprovider, security of monitoring and print management services, copying and scanning through a specialized printing system, services of the automatic ServisDesk system, security of complete service services provided for the subject of public procurement, including provision of consumablesmaterial (except paper) and spare parts at all equipment installation locations.
