- The subject of the public order is the provision of mobile toilets with a sink to ensure hygienic conditions for visitors to the Kbela Aviation Museum and the Lešany Military Technical Museum on the days of short-term events in 2024.I will take them away.
Appendices "Draft Lease Agreement" must be attached and filled out to this offer submitted within the framework of VZMR, including Annex No. 1 "Binding price offer - required service specifications", which must be signed by the statutory body of the participant in the procurement procedure.
Invoice - tax the document will be blackberryzen within 30 days from the date of its delivery. The lessee is entitled to return an invoice without payment before the expiry of the due date - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and must mark them on the returned invoice - tax document. The lessor is obliged to invoice - tax drepair or make a new plaster. By returning the invoice - tax document, the original due date ceases to run and starts again from the beginning from the day it is re-delivered to the tenant.
The tenant does not provide advance payments. The number of delivered pieces and their condition will be checked at the place of fulfillment upon acceptanceeats The offered price is the final price and includes all costs of the lessor, including securing the transport of the object of the lease to the place of performance according to Article IV, Section 4.2 of the draft Lease Agreement and from the place of performance and is unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.

• Opening of the season in VTM Lešany - date of event: 25/05/2024 (Saturday)
• Tank Day at VTM Lešany - date: 31/08/2024 (Saturday)
• Children's Day at VTM Lešany - date: 28/09/2024 (Saturday)
Place of fulfillment of the public order:
• Aviation Museum Kbely, Mladoboleslavska 425/9, 197 00 Prague 9 Kbely (GPS: 50.1252872N, 14.5249508E).
• Military Technical Museum Lešany, Lešany u Tynce nad Sazavou, 257 42 Krhanice (GPS: 49.8551675N, 14.5439044E)
The contracting authority will only evaluate the offeravaters who meet the qualification requirements stated in point 3.
The contracting authority chose the lowest bid price as the evaluation criterion.
The bid price including VAT is the final and decisive price for the evaluation of bids and the supplier is bound by it for the entire period of performance. In the case of submitting a bid price from a non-VAT payer, jhis offer price without VAT is the final price, i.e. it is not adjusted (not added).
The draft contract is part of the tender documentation. This proposal must be completed by the supplier, signed by an authorized person and returned as an attachment.
By signing up for the tender, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions ofof the draft contract and the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense in the version valid on the date of publication of the invitation to tender.
The draft contract is part of the procurement documentation. This proposal must be signed by the participant and returned as an attachment. In the event that the draft contract is signed by a person other than Stby the participant's statutory body, a written authorization for this action signed by the participant's statutory body must be part of the offer.
Part of the tender documentation is Annex No. 1 of the draft contract "Binding Price Offer", which the participant fills out and returns as an attachment to their offer. Offers that won'tcontain the required attachments, they will automatically be excluded from the tender!for a public contract and a subcontractor within the required scope of the public contract or an affidavit by the participant that, in the event of a winning bid, he will enter into a written commitment (e.g. a contract) with the subcontractor and send a copy of it to the contracting authority before concluding the contract between the contracting authority and the participant. In case of non-documentationof the listed documents, the participant's offer will be excluded from the evaluation. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the tender conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders and fromcancel the procurement procedure without giving reasons until the conclusion of the contractual relationship. The contracting authority does not provide compensation for the costs incurred by the participant for participating in the procurement procedure.
The contracting authority sets a deadline for filing complaints due to disagreement with the procurement conditions of 3 working days, which is calculated frome announcement of a public contract, and due to disagreement with the procedure for the evaluation of a public contract, a period of 3 working days, which is calculated from the date of publication of the evaluation of the public contract. Other conditions not expressly regulated in the tendering procedure are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the MO version valid on the date of publication of the call for tenderssubmission of the offer.
Explanation of the procurement documentation
The supplier is entitled, in accordance with § 98, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ, to request an explanation of the procurement documentation from the contracting authority in writing. The person submitting the explanation shall publish, send or forward it, including the exact wording of the request, without identifying the supplier requesting the explanation. Forthe provider is not obliged to provide an explanation if the request for an explanation is not delivered on time, at least
3 working days before the expiration of the deadlines according to § 98, paragraph 1 ZZVZ. duration of the filing period forbidek;
• request additional information from the supplier during the procurement process;
• not conclude a contract with the supplier;
• reject an alternative solution to the performance of the public contract, if the contracting authority did not accept it;
All costs associated with the preparation of the offer and the supplier's participationin the procurement procedure, they are borne by the supplier. - Documents :
