• Description:
• The subject of this small-scale public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the rental of mobile benches for the tribune to secure the event BAHNA 2026 held on 5 - 6 June 2026. The exact description and scope of the full contract is given in the form Consideration of prices of the offer, which must be filled out and sent to the AGM. Proposal the contract is part of the required documentation. This proposal must be completed by the applicant and sent back as a VZ plot. The applicant is required to have an insurance contract of at least 10,000,000.00 K, the subject of which is liability for damage caused by the application of these persons in in connection with the performance of his activity, a copy of it or a copy of the insurance certificate will be the document. The applicant is obliged to submit to the contracting authority a drawing specification of the required stand construction. The mobile tribune must comply with the European standard SN EN 13200 (735905), which stipulates requirements for the design, functionality and safety of visors and stands. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify or supplement the provisions of Article 46 of the Act. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement.
