Description:
The subject of the public contract is regular partial deliveries of consumables, i.e. reagents, calibrators, control materials, operating chemicals and all consumables required for the material provision of biochemical and immunochemical examinations in the area of the spectrum defined belowexamination for an indefinite period, including provision of free transport of this material to its destination - Laboratory KL, Hospital Třinec, contribution organization, Kaštanova 268, Dolni Lištna, 739 61 Třinec, free loan and installation of specified biochemical and immunochemical analytical systemsbelow for the KL laboratory (hereinafter also only "analyzers") including accessories and SW with provision of training (more detailed below) in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, their full service incl. . security technicalch inspections according to the manufacturer's instructions or validation and possible modernization, and all this for the entire duration of the performance of the subject of the public contract, - free loan and installation of the necessary air conditioners and water treatment plants suitable for ensuring the operation of the offered analytical systems in the conditions of installation in KL, free water supplydevice and installation of backup power supplies (UPS) with sufficient capacity to run all systems in the event of a power failure for at least 30 minutes, including the requirements for suppliers listed in the tender documentation.
