- RENT OF PREMISES SERVING BUSINESSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF RETAIL SALE OF PREMIUM TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND SMOKING SUPPLIES M.Č. 2053, 2053a and 2053b We will grant the supplier selected on the basis of the concession procedure the right to retail the assortment of premium tobacco products and tobacconist's supplies in unit m.no. 2053, 2053a and 2053b (hereinafter referred to as the "Concession"), under the conditions set out in the Tender Documentation and in the draft Contract for the lease of the space serving the business and the provision of certain services with it connected to the premises that make up Annex F of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and further under the conditions specified in the other annexes of the Tender Documentation or the Contract.
