• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a construction contract entitled: "Renovation of the Golčova 24 building" consisting of the implementation of remediation measures for moisture damage to the substructure of the Golčova 24 building. The construction includes the implementation of the following scope of work: • Restoration of the function of perimeter drainage • Realization of effective waterproofing of the foundation structures of the object in question • Injection of the foundation structures of the object • Solutions of related details and construction Detailed scope of construction work and supplies required the client to implement, is specified in more detail in the PROJECT and in the BUDGET. The work will take place during limited operation of the facility. Realization of construction means the complete and faultless execution of all construction works and constructions, including the supply of the necessary materials for the proper completion of the operable work, further the performance of all activities related to the delivery of construction works and constructions, the performance of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site equipment, safety measures, etc.), and the provision and handing over the project documentation of the actual execution of the work CPV subject: Reconstruction of buildings
