• Part 1: Construction and installation insurance Section 2: Liability Insurance In accordance with § 35 and § 101 ZZVZ, the contracting authority divided the public contract into the following 2 parts, which are awarded in one procurement procedure. Part 1: Construction and installation insurance Part 2: Liability insurance for damages The procurement documentation regulates the conditions for the award of all parts of the public contract, unless it is expressly stipulated that a specific provision applies only to a certain part of the public contract. In accordance with § 101 paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority allows to file an offer for any number of parts of a public contract, according to the choice of the supplier. The selection of the supplier will be carried out separately for each part of the public contract. A separate contract will be concluded with the selected supplier for each part of the public contract. The subject the contractor for the required fulfillment of this part of the public contract is the construction and installation insurance for the construction of the steam-gas cycle in Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s., including insurance for financial losses from late delivery of the work as part of the project "Renewal of the heating plant's resources". Subject performance of the public contract will be co-financed from the Modernization Fund. The contracting authority expects to finance the public contract from its own resources, with financial participation from the resources of the Modernization Fund. A detailed description of the subject of performance is provided in the Tender Documentation for the second phase of the procurement procedure and its annexes.
