- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of selected licenses for the NK CR in the type, quantity and execution according to the specifications set out in the framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 2 of this procurement documentation (hereinafter also referred to as the "draft contract" or "contract"), and in Annex No. 1 of the contract. Subject of purchase will license:
a) Omnissa Horizon 8 Enterprise Term with VVF for VDI Edition in the number of 4 pcs.
b) VMware Cloud Foundation in the number of 288 pcs.
The performance will include the implementation of VCF in basic mode, which will be valid for one data center and the provision of support for the subject of performance for a period of three years from signing the transfer protocol.
The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous.
A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions, in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is set out in this procurement documentation and its attachments.
