The subject of the public contract is:
renewal, modernization and expansion of ETE voice radio networks and paging, in the form of the creation of a unified digital radio network, which will also include ETE paging (hereinafter also "System" and/or "Radio Network System"). The above includes in particular:
a) renewal, modernization and expansioninfrastructure of radio networks and paging,
b) delivery of terminal devices for digital radio network and paging,
c) delivery of licenses necessary to ensure the operation of the System infrastructure and terminal devices,
d) processing "Application for the granting of an individual authorization to use terrestrial radio frequenciesmobile services", processing of implementation documentation, support in the processing of the Target Concept (draft wording of the agreed parts of the Target Concept - description of the solution and proposal of the method of implementation of the supplied solution), processing of the inspection and test plan (PKZ), functional test plan (PFZ), a comprehensive program inytesting (PKV), technological assembly procedure (TPM), migration plan including alternative measures to ensure the connection in the form of a technical-operational program (TOP); permission to use terrestrial radio frequenciesi mobile services", Target concept, individual authorization to use radio frequencies of the land mobile service, implementation project documentation, inspection and test plan (PKZ), functional test plan (PFZ), comprehensive testing program (PKV), technological assembly procedure (TPM) , pl...
