- The subject of the public contract is to ensure support (M&S) manufacturers of individual elements for the equipment placed in the data centers of the contracting authority so that support for the operation of infrastructure and SLA.

Primarily restoring the support of the existing functional unit. v The contracting authority's data centers are operated by other systems and applications (specifically, for example, systems and applications of the Municipal Police of the City of Prague and the City Camera system of the City of Prague), some of these systems or applications are also important information systems according to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., Cyber Security and on Amendments to Related Acts (Cyber Security Act), as amended.
Ensuring the renewal of the SW and HW manufacturer's support is necessary to maintain the existing functionalities of the client's infrastructure and their non -extending k degradation or complete outage of some functions.
