- The subject of the construction is to strengthen the part of the backbone forest trail in the total length of 377 m in the forest park "BaΕΎantnice" on the no. 2807/3, p. 2998/1 and p. 2887/1 in the cadastral area Podmokly. The trail will be complemented by furniture. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the conditions of the competition or cancel the contract. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves The right not to evaluate the offer of such a party to whom in the past 3 years on the date of submission of the offer was granted by a contracting authority or terminated a contract due to failure to comply with the conditions of the contractual obligation.
