- The subject of the performance of the above-limit public contract "Renovation of the fleet with partial trolleybuses II" is the supply of new partial low-floor trolleybuses with an alternative battery drive and the conclusion of a contract for the provision of warranty, non-warranty and post-warranty service (hereinafter also referred to as the "service contract"),by which the supplier undertakes to provide the client with warranty, non-warranty and post-warranty services in relation to the trolleybuses delivered according to the terms and conditions - purchase contract. All trolleybuses must have the technical characteristics specified in the technical specification listed in Appendix No. 1 ZD List of delivery requirementsat trolleybuses.
The trolleybuses specified in this article and in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation are further referred to in this procurement documentation collectively as "trolleybuses" or individually as "trolleybus".nized) or used trolleybuses the contracting authority does not allow the subject of delivery to be a trolleybus that has already been used to transport passengers or has traveled tens of thousands of kilometers as part of the approval of a certain type of trolleybus at the railway authority.
