Description:
3.1 In the case of the performance of this public contract is the obligation of the supplier to deliver to the contracting authority:
(a) of this paragraph;
And all in accordance with the technical specifications specified in Annex 1 to the draft contract (hereinafter referred to as "goods");
and Furthermore, the supplier's obligation to provide the contracting authority:
(c) Service support (support) of the manufacturer of goods for this goods under and to the extent specified further in the draft contract for 5 years from the signature of the handover protocol pursuant to Article VI paragraph 2 of the draft contract;
d) Service support (Support) manufacturer of existing The supplier's Firewall boxes listed in Annex 2 of this contract, for these existing firewall boxes, licenses to use software for these existing firewalls suppliers, and licenses to use antivirus protection with advanced features, all for 1 calendar year from 1. 10. 2025;
