- The subject of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment (angiographic cardiology systems), including assembly, installation, commissioning of the supplied equipment and operator training, with the aim of equipping (renovating) individual workplaces with a set of nursesof instrumental means. Part of the subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of contractual full service security for a period of 10 years (of which 2 years free warranty service 8 years flat monthly payment after the end of the warranty period).
The public contract is divided into parts in terms ofprovisions of § 101 ZZVZ, participants are entitled to submit a bid for both parts of the public contract or only for one part of the public contract. The division of the contract into material parts and the classification of the subject of the public contract is specified in the procurement documentation.
