- The subject of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment (hybrid system of positron emission tomography / computed tomography - PET/CT) including assembly, installation, putting the supplied equipment into operation and operator training, with the aim of equipping (restoring) pcancer site with a set of medical devices of an instrumental nature. Part of the subject of the public contract is the provision of contractual full service security for a period of 10 years (of which 2 years free warranty service 8 years flat monthly payment after the end of the warranty period).
Public contract neni divided into parts in accordance with the provisions of § 101 ZZVZ, participants are therefore only entitled to submit an offer that includes all items of the subject of the performance of the public contract.
