Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment for radiodiagnostics including assembly, installation, commissioning of supplied equipment and operating instructions, with the aim of the equipment of individual workplaces by a set of medical devices. In section 2 of the contract, the subject of performance includes the provision of contractual full service security for 10 years (of which 2 years of which free warranty service + 8 years of the lump monthly payment after the warranty period).
The public contract is divided into parts within the meaning of Section 101 of the Public Procurement Act, the participants are entitled to submit an offer for both parts of the public contract or only one part of the public contract.
