- The subject of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment for laboratory workplaces, including assembly, installation, commissioning of the delivered equipment and operator training, with the aim of equipping (renovating and modernizing) individual workplaces with a set of resources,medical devices and in vitro diagnostic devices (hereinafter referred to as medical devices) of an instrumental nature. In parts No. 2 to No. 5 and No. 7 of the contract, part of the subject of performance is the provision of contractual full service security for a period of 8 years (of which 2 years are free warranty service6-year flat-rate quarterly payment after the end of the warranty period).
The public contract is divided into parts in accordance with the provisions of § 101 ZZVZ, participants are entitled to submit an offer for all parts of the public contract or any combination of individual parts, including a bid for only one part of the public contract.The division of the contract into material parts and the classification of the subject of the public contract is given in ZD.
