- The subject of the public order is the supply of a new (not refurbished) analytical device for a laboratory workplace (multiplex laser analyzer), including assembly, installation, commissioning of the delivered equipment and operator training, with the aim of equipping (renovating) the workplace with laboratory equipmentby him of an instrumental nature.
The public contract is not divided into parts in the sense of § 101 ZZVZ, participants are therefore only entitled to submit an offer that includes all items of the subject of the public contract performance.
