- The subject of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment for laboratory workplaces, including assembly, installation, commissioning of the supplied equipment and operator training, with the aim of equipping (renovating) individual workplaces with a set of laboratory equipmentinstrumental character. In part No. 1 of the contract, part of the subject of performance is the provision of contractual full service security for a period of 8 years (of which 2 years free warranty service 6 years flat-rate quarterly payment after the end of the warranty period).
The public contract is divided into parts in accordance with the provisions of §101 ZZVZ, participants are entitled to submit an offer for both parts of the public contract or only for one part of the public contract.
