- The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the removal of the consequences of traffic accidents, i.e. the repair of restraint systems and other parts and accessories of the highway after traffic accidents for SSUD 13, 14, 33. The contract (framework agreement) is issued for the purpose of ensuring repairs to damage to safety devices and youmaintenance of roads, i.e. retaining systems (guardrails) and also to ensure the repair of minor damages caused as a result of traffic accidents. Repairs to the above-mentioned equipment and damage must be carried out for the reason of permanent assurance of the required PK safety standards, to ensure proper functionality bsafety devices and equipment of the PK, but also the PK as a whole, i.e. all the components and equipment of the PK, which are normally damaged during a landslide (surface drainage, shafts, unreinforced shoulder, etc.). Repairs must always be carried out regularly after a traffic accident, because traffic accidents occur when driving on the highwaynaturally occurs. Considering that the occurrence of traffic accidents cannot be predicted, it is necessary to have the repairs contractually ensured by the framework agreement. The framework agreement also serves to contract the immediate removal of emergency situations of safety equipment.
