Description:
The subject of the public contract is the demolition work and the removal of the building of the hostel. The building will be demolished by a gradual dismantling of structures, and will be proceeding from top to bottom. Before dismantling the structures of individual cells, asbestos -cement boards must be removed from the perimeter walls. Floor and ceiling over 1. NP cannot be burdened with demolished material, the load -bearing structure must not be demolished beforehand. Emphasis will be placed on compliance with safety regulations and the methodological instruction "for the reconstruction of buildings with asbestos" of 21/09/2021. Closer specifications of the subject of the public contract are given in the project documentation, which is Annex 2 of the tender documentation. The detailed technological procedure of the demolition work, including the schedule, shall include the selected supplier to Annex 2 of Annex 1 to the tender documentation.
