• Description:
• The subject of this small -scale public contract is to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of the service - the removal and removal of dangerous and other waste in 2025. The exact description and definition of the performance of the contract is given in the Annex "Binding Price Offer", which is properly completed and attached to vz. FrameworkThe agreement is part of the tender documentation. This proposal must be supplemented by the applicant, sign the authorized person and return it as an attachment to the VZ.
  The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify or supplement the data reasonably the provisions of Section 46 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement.The applicant is obliged to alert the applicant to the contracting authority when submitting the offer and to the contracting authority to send the identification data of this subcontractor.Removal, collection or purchase of waste issued by the Regional Authority of the Pilsen Region, Department of the Environment for the Pilsen Region if it is the operator of a mobile facility for waste collection and purchase.Stationary equipment for the collection and purchase of waste with its own transport (transport is part of the operation of the equipment and is listed in the approved operating rules of the equipment), submits the consent of the relevant RA and the approved operating rules of the equipment. Submit the document in a simple copy.
  • Submitting a list of waste listed inThe approved operating rules of other and hazardous waste (which is an indivisible part of the granted consent), from which it will be apparent that the company has authorized to remove the required types of waste.
  • Permit to receive and use selected products exempt from tax (Act no.331/2014 Coll., Amending Act No. 353/2003 Coll., On Excise Taxes, as amended).
