Description:
This is the removal of a ground-floor semi-detached house with an unused attic space. The overall floor plan dimensions are 28.62 m x 11.27 m with a height of 7.1 m. The load-bearing masonry of the building is made of burnt bricks, thickness 300mm - 500mm. The ceilings are partly made of brick vaults, partly made of ceramic inserts and concrete-encased steel beams. The roof of both parts is gabled from a wooden truss with metal and tile covering. The construction of the semi-detached house is connected to water supply, sewage, gas and electricity. It is part of the demolition work disconnection of the object from utility networks.
