- The subject of the contract is to ensure the removal and disposal of street litter (hereinafter also referred to as "Waste"), in accordance with the valid Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, and further in accordance with applicable standards, decrees and regulations.
This is Waste according to the waste catalog: 20 03 03 Street litter.
The subject performance also includes activities which, according to business customs or established professional practice, are a natural or usual part of activities necessary for the proper performance of the order in the appropriate quality, scope and terms.
Removal and disposal of street rubbish
The subject of the performance of the assigned order is to ensure the removal of a disposal of street litter (hereinafter also referred to as "Waste"), according to the valid Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, and further according to valid standards, decrees and regulations.
