• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is divided into the construction objects listed below: SO 01 - Remediation of building moisture SO 02 - Removal of the emergency condition of external paved surfaces SO 03 - Removal of the emergency condition of fencing. SO 01: Subject of this construction object is the implementation of remedial measures aimed at eliminating moisture problems in the building of the client's headquarters. Remedial measures will mainly consist in the implementation of: - linear chemical injection of masonry with microemulsion, - internal vertical screed waterproofing, - external vertical screed waterproofing, - remedial plastering system on internal brick structures, - reconstruction of floors in 1.PP, connected with the establishment of a new waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips, - supply and installation of new ZTI equipment in the premises affected by remedial measures, - replacement of doors in areas affected by remedial measures, - repairs of internal and external surfaces affected by remedial measures. SO 02: The subject of this construction object is the reconstruction of paved areas in the premises of the residence the contracting authority. SO 03: The subject of this construction object is the removal of part of the existing and the implementation of a new fence of the area of ​​the client's headquarters. Reconstruction of buildings
