Description of the contract: The subject of the public order is the supply of rehabilitation, transport or anti-decubitus aids, namely a) 045, couch - internal (4 pcs); b) 045, couch - orthopedics (12 pcs); c) 045, XXL couch - orthopedics (2 pcs); d) 045, walker- internal (1 pc); e) 045, walker - orthopedics (3 pcs.). The subject of the contract is also in each part of the contract - transport and installation at the place of fulfillment - insurance connected with the delivery of goods - training of the client's employees - provision of warranty service - disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of theno legislation governing waste management.
