d) 045, walker - internal (1 pc);
e) 045, walker - orthopedics (3 pcs);
f) 045, terapie upper limbs - robotic - orthopedics (1 pc);
g) 045, therapeutic system for coordination and balance disorders - orthopedics (1 system);
h) 045, exercise bike for rehabilitation, cardiovascular training and fitness - orthopedics (2 pcs) ;
i) 045, motomed - trainer from the bed - NIP/NVP/DIOP (2 pcs);
j) 045, motomed - trainer from the bed - ARIP (2 pcs); a
k) 045, underwater bathtub - orthopedics (1 pc);
for the needs of the relevant department of Šumperk Hospital a.s., according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD - Technical specification (11 separate sheets of the document in excel format) and under the conditionek specified in other appendices of this procurement documentation.
