- The subject of the public contract is the supply of rehabilitation devices (a total of 4 pieces of motomeds), namely:
a)045, motomed bed trainer for lower limbs ARIP (1 pc) and NIP/NVP/DIOP (1 pc); a
b)045, motomed bed trainer for lower and upper limbs ARIP (1 pc) and NIP/NVP/DIOP (1 pc);
for needsof the relevant department of Nemocnice Šumperk a.s., according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD Technical specification (2 separate sheets of the document in Excel format) and under the conditions set out in other annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD Purchasing managerlion.
The subject of the order is also:
•transportation and installation at the place of fulfillment
•insurance related to the delivery of goods
•training of the contractor's employees
•provision of warranty service
•disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing waste management
