Description:
The subject of the public contract for services is the provision of comprehensive regular maintenance of lifting equipment manufactured by KONE and manufactured by Schmitt+Sohn (hereinafter also referred to as "elevators" or "equipment") in IKEM facilities in order to ensure their proper and continuous operation, which consists of regular preventive maintenance, professional inspections, round-the-clock dispatch, careful maintenance of the Book of professional elevator inspections in paper form, maintenance of the electronic book of elevators, in operational inspections and the elimination of common and operational malfunctions, planned repairs, including the provision of spare parts (hereinafter also "ND") and other necessary materials to eliminate malfunctions, including carrying out the necessary training of authorized persons, or designated persons of the contracting authority and consisting of other activities and services related to it, for a period of 48 months.
Current list of lifting devices/elevators for the subject of fulfillment it is listed in Appendix No. 4 ZP.
during the validity period of the contract concluded on the basis of the results of this public procurement, meet the technical prerequisites set by the manufacturer and its functionality, activities must not endanger the transport of people.
The client reserves the right to specify the number of lifts to change the equipment, taking into account the needs of the client's operation.
