- The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is to ensure (establishment) of remote access and use of the system for online guest list in organizing the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Registration System” or “Application”). An important part of the subject of performance is the rental of the set for check -in registered participants at the venue (hereinafter referred to as the “Set for check -in”). In addition, the supplier will provide assistance and training the contracting authority employees regarding the work in the application and with the check -in set. Detailed technical specifications and functionality of the application and setup for check -in are given in Annex 1 - Specifications of the subject of performance (hereinafter referred to as Annex No. 1).
