• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction works, related supplies and services consisting in the implementation of the project called Oblastni nemocnice Nachod II. the stage of modernization and completion to the extent according to the following project documentation, as amended:
  1) according to the project documentation for the execution of the building named "Regional Hospital Nachod - II. stage of modernization and completion - new construction of building D" (hereinafter referred to as "PD No. 1");
  2) according to the project documentation for the implementation of the construction entitled "Regional Hospital Nachod - Stage II of modernization and completion - modification of building C" (hereinafter referred to as "PD no. 2");
  3) according to the project documentation of the demolition works entitled "Nachod Regional Hospital - Stage II of modernization and completion - demolition of buildings D and E" (hereinafter referred to as "PD No. 3");
  4) according to the project documentation for the implementation of the construction entitled "New use of unused spaces in pavilion K and J in ON Nachod a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "PD No. 4");
  5) according to the project documentation for the implementation of the construction entitled "Reducing the energy demand of buildings in the Nachod regional hospital - construction modifications of pavilions B and C" (hereinafter referred to as "PD No. 5").
  The subject of construction works are mainly:
  a) new construction of pavilion D with connecting bridges to the existing ones hospital buildings, new construction of the central hall with an underground CT examination room (PD no. 1),
  b) building modifications, including the extension of the escape staircase to Pavilion C and the construction and relocation of the oxygen vaporization station (oxygen tank) (PD No. 2) and the commissioning of the ventilation of two newly created protect...
