Description:
The subject of the public contract are services that consist in the processing of project documentation (hereinafter also referred to as "PD") according to the prepared feasibility study (Appendix No. 7 ZD) in the further specified scope, where the resulting level will be PD for demolition works, PD for the implementation of construction (further also just "DPS"), PD interrier and equipment and the performance of all related engineering activities leading to obtaining a valid construction or joint permit, further cooperation in the preparation and during the selection of the contractor of the own subject of the project documentation and in the case of the realization of the own construction, the performance of the author's supervision.
The subject of the project documentation is the construction of a new pavilion K of psychiatry with two underground floors for the purpose of parking and the location of technical facilities and three above-ground floors, the demolition of the existing pavilions I, J, K, OHS and the building at lot no. 1749 (Appendix No. 4 ZD Affected Territories). Specifications inof the vesting plan is listed in Appendix No. 5 ZD Requirements for the new pavilion project. The project documentation needs to be prepared with regard to the ongoing change in the regulatory plan of the historical core of the city of Jičin, which is Annex No. 10b ZD.
The basis for the development of the project documentation will befeasibility study "NEW CONSTRUCTION OF PSYCHIATRY PAVILION, JIČIN HOSPITAL" prepared by KANIA a.s., Špalova 80/9, 702 00 Ostrava - Přivoz, ID: 26817853, which is attachment No. 7 ZD.
