- The subject of the public contract is the selection of a party to conclude a contract for work for construction work The construction of the regeneration of the panel housing estate V. Stage, 5. in Article 1 (3) of the tender documentation (PD and VV form Annex 2 documentation). It is a new building of the public parking - local road IV. class and communication for pedestrians - communication IV. class (sidewalk). At the same time, it is the reconstruction of existing paved areas - local roads and pedestrian roads. The construction includes public lighting, paved areas for containers for municipal and sorted waste, planting trees and shrubs, greenery restoration. Following care will be realized for three years in the period of vegetation (2025, 2026, 2027). More in the details of the project documentation and a list of construction work, supplies and services with a bill of quantities that are an integral part of the tender documentation
