- The subject of this contract is the construction work for the event "Regeneration of the Na HermanΔ housing estate". The construction work, which is the subject of this contract, consists in the improvement of roads, green areas and sidewalks in the Na HermanΔ housing estate. As part of the building, there will be necessary cutting down of greenery in number of 27 pieces of trees and bushes, removal of existing furniture and removal of the humus layer in the entire area of ββthe building. As part of the proposal, all communications in the inner block, an increase in the number of parking spaces, a proposal for urban furniture, a complete reconstruction of public lighting and a new rainwater pipe were addressed sewerage. The construction will be drained using a longitudinal and transverse slope into the newly constructed street drains, which will be fed into the newly proposed sewer system. As part of the new sewerage system, a retention tank with regulated discharge into the existing sewerage under the administration of SmVaK Ostrava is designed. The building was designed taking into account possible partial seepage into the greenery.
