- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the completion of the investment project by the execution of construction works and the provision of related supplies and services consisting in the construction of the work. , E, F and installationci system of forced ventilation with air recovery. The construction was not completed in full by the original contractor due to insolvency proceedings. The subject of the performance of this public order is therefore the execution of construction works not yet implemented and the provision of related supplies and services that are specificlisted in the bill of quantities of items not yet realized from the original bill of quantities, supplemented by some new items and in the addendum to the original project documentation. The original project documentation and the award-winning original measurement statement are part of the tender documentation for this public contract.
