Description:
This is a reconstruction of the building of the former ZUŠ. The subject of the VZ is the construction modifications of the ZUŠ. In the 6th-8th floor, removal of all partitions, linings, flooring, social heat. Only the stairs and the walls that separate them remain. All installations, walls, finishing elements, surface light fixtures etc. will be new. Also related are the necessary modifications to the remaining part of the building - common areas and the entrance with regard to safety and accessibility. The stairwells will have new surfaces on all floors. All floors will have new complete soc. heat. including distributions, surfaces and completion structures. With regard to safety requirements, new doors will be installed at the entrances to the protected escape routes (to the staircases). Next, all new ones will be made risers and their enclosures incl. fire seals throughout building. The entrance vestibule will be newly discussed in terms of modifications for OSSPO, an internal barrier-free ramp and related partial changes in the vestibule, new automatic doors, shoe cleaning zones, etc. are newly designed. - replacement of the main wiring routes behind the measurement, floor switchboards, new electrical installations for the operation of the ZUŠ incl. light sources - replacement of internal water supply and sewerage pipes from the floor of the lowest floor - new necessary low-current installations - replacement of chimneys incl. related adjustments It is specified in more detail in within the project documentation, which is part of the tender documentation.
