Description:
This is a reconstruction of the building of the former ZUŠ. The subject of the VZ is the construction modifications of the ZUŠ.
In the 6th-8th floor, removal of all partitions, linings, flooring, social heat. Only the stairs and the walls that separate them remain. All installations, walls, finishing elements, lighting surface, etc. will be new.
Further related are necessary modification of the remaining part of the building - common areas and entrance with regard to safety and accessibility. The stairwells will have new surfaces on all floors. All floors will have new complete soc. heat. including distributions, surfaces and completion structures. With regard to demand security, they will new doors installed at the entrances to the protected escape routes (to the staircases). Next, all new ones will be made
risers and their enclosures incl. fire seals throughout the building. The entrance vestibule will be newly discussed in terms of modifications for OSSPO, an internal barrier-free ramp and related partial changes in the vestibule, new automatic doors, shoe cleaning areas, etc.
