- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is to reduce the energy performance of seven buildings in the area of the Kindergarten Větrná in České Budějovice at Větrná 966/24, 370 05 České Budějovice. The buildings in the kindergarten were built in the mid -1970s. In 2011, the connecting and insulation of the connecting corridor was made. It is thermal insulation of the envelope of buildings, including the replacement of the openings fillings and the related work on five nursery school pavilions, a farm building and a connecting corridor. It will also include a new complete internal heavy -current wiring and new air conditioning and cooling with thermal pumps, including measurements and regulation. See the tender documentation.
